This is the short, honest version. Filomena is a small pizzeria, not a data company. We collect as little as possible, and we never load tracking without asking you first.

Who we are

What we collect

• Just browsing: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (for example your IP address and browser) to keep the site secure and running. These are not used to identify you.
• Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see, in aggregate, how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets no cookies, keeps no IP address and cannot follow you elsewhere — so there is nothing to consent to. See our Cookie Policy.
• The map: the Google Maps map only loads when you click to load it. At that point Google may set its own cookies and becomes responsible for that processing.
• Ordering: if you order through Wolt, Foody or Bolt Food, you leave our website and that platform's own privacy terms apply.
• Social links: the Instagram, Facebook and Tripadvisor links are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those services while you are on this site — they only learn anything about you once you click.

We do not run a contact form, a login, or a newsletter, so we do not collect your name, email or phone through this site.

Legal basis

The loaded map runs on your consent — it stays off until you click it. Visitor statistics and security logs run on our legitimate interest in understanding and protecting the site; neither identifies you.

Who we share it with

• Our hosting provider (to serve the site).
• Cloudflare (hosting protection and visitor statistics) and Google Ireland Ltd (Google Maps, only if you load the map).
• Wolt, Foody or Bolt Food, only if you choose to order there.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security. Visitor statistics are aggregate counts from the start — there is no record of an individual visit to keep or delete.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and object to processing. In practice there is very little to ask about: this site holds no account, no contact form and no profile of you. Write to [email protected].

You also have the right to complain to the Cyprus data protection authority, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
